Project Overview

Cre8ive Dayton LLC is a partnership between three companies who have joined forces to create a mixed-use project at 123 Webster Street, named the Firefly Building, in the historic Webster Street District. The project will include office space and three luxury condominiums.

The Team

The three firms of New Haven Construction, Rogero Buckman Architects and Visual Marketing Associates are combining their unique skills as Cre8ive Dayton LLC to design, build, and market the Firefly Building project to capture the collaborative capabilities of the partnership and enhance the spirit and flavor of the neighborhood.

The Support Team

In addition to the core team of Cre8ive Dayton LLC, the support required for a successful project includes the professional expertise of many people and organizations including National City, City of Dayton, CityWide Development Corporation and Montgomery County.
