Cre8ive Dayton LLC
The project team created to form Cre8ive Dayton LLC consists of
five partners representing three different business entities. An
unusual math equation, but it works. These partners and businesses
will play an integral part in the development and success of this
project.
Jeremy Tomb from New Haven Construction,
Inc.
With over six years of experience, New Haven Construction has recently
completed the Dayton View Rehabarama project, managing the renovation
of over ten historic homes and several new infill houses. New Haven
Construction will be responsible for construction budgeting and
construction management at 123 Webster Street.
Mary Rogero and Barry Buckman from Rogero
Buckman Architects, Inc.
RBA has been active in the Webster Station and surrounding area
redevelopment efforts for the past three years, with current projects
that include the new Dayton Riverfront, The Cannery loft housing,
Outbound Freight Art Center and various loft housing studies for
Webster Station buildings. RBA will be responsible for architectural
design and drawings.
Kenneth Botts and Steve Goubeaux from
Visual Marketing Associates,
Inc. VMA has been in business for fifteen years, specializing
in creating visual identity and character branding for clients and
products. Their role in this project will be to develop marketing
materials, graphic design and create an identity for the building
representative of the collaborative and creative partnerships involved.
The collaboration of these three businesses provides distinct skills
and expertise that ensure a vital and successful development project.
