The Vision
The development partnership of Cre8ive LLC has been formed to renovate
123 Webster Street as a mixed-use facility that will include over
20,000 square-feet of business space and three, 3,200 square-foot
luxury condominiums. Located in the historic Webster Station District,
the project is close to area attractions such as the new Fifth Third
Field, The Cannery loft housing, Tool Town, the Dayton Riverfront
development and area theatre and entertainment venues.
Cre8ive Dayton LLC is a collaboration of individuals representing
three business entities: New Haven Construction, Inc., Rogero Buckman
Architects, Inc. and Visual Marketing Associates, Inc. Each of these
businesses will be relocating their offices into the building while
providing an additional 10,000 square feet of new loft style office
space for lease.
Project Impact
A project of this size adds significantly to the beautification
and economic revitalization initiatives currently underway in our
city. Primary to the success of this mixed-use development is the
relocation of three existing and growing businesses into newly renovated
loft style office space.
